This builder refurbished a bungalow just before we purchased it at a premium price ("completely refurbished by highly regarded local builder" according to Duncan Willard the estate agent). Well, within a month the roof was leaking and within 3 months us the block paved drive had sunken through lack of sub base. Ok, so these things happen! My problem with this builder is that he could not care less about the problems....he won't even answer our messages, calls and emails, let alone fix his problems. I have now resorted to regularly visiting his home and will continue to do so until his conscience returns.
